Meeteetse Library Starts New Programs!

Meeteetse Library will be CLOSED on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 24 & 25 for Christmas. We wish you all a wonderful holiday. We also encourage you to stop in early and stock up on books and movies for the long weekend! We have a great selection of Christmas movies – perfect for watching on a lazy, relaxed holiday week- end.

This year for the annual “Food For Fines” drive the Meeteetse Library is changing it up a bit! We don’t charge over-due fines anymore so it’s a NO FINES drive. Food is complicated so we’re doing PAPER TOWELS – they’re always the right size, al- ways the right color, never expire, everyone likes them and they’re always useful! So please join us this month for the PAPER TOWELS FOR NO FINES drive at the Library. Paper towels can be dropped off at the Meeteetse Library any time this month. All paper towels collected will be donated to the Senior Center.

Meeteetse Library will be hosting a series of programs this Winter, “Is This the Decade You Retire?”, aimed at Retirement preparation and questions. Please join us! Medicare 101 will be January 12.

Regularly scheduled events include Kids Activity – Mondays after school. The Rec Kids come but it is OPEN to all kids (grade 1 & up unless with parent, sibling or guardian). We’ll rotate through different activities including Legos, Board Games, Crafts and more!
